Taylor is the miracle worker. Ask her for help on a project—any project—and she’ll make it happen. With a bow on it. She’s our rising star. (And already a prolific dance star.)
What made you choose a career in communications?
Both my parents are in communications so I guess it runs in the family. I started out on the journalism track. I ended up landing a few internships with agencies, including DH, and realized this was the place for me.
What do you do when you’re not busy working?
Dance and teach dance. I spend close to 15 hours in the studio a week. I grew up studying classical ballet, and it has always been a part of who I am. I would not be me without dance.
What’s your favorite dance genre?
Contemporary funk! I’d like to think it’s my own style that I’m developing. My students tease me because it’s a different, more funk-inspired version of contemporary than what most teachers teach. It’s a mix of ballet, contemporary, jazz and a little bit of my uniqueness on top.
